This is a new & unused bucket, manufactured by ourselves some years ago.  It has been sat outside at our facility during this time and is showing some bubbling surface rust, mainly across the rear as shown in the photo.  This is purely cosmetic.  

Priced to clear as is, rather than re-painting.
